How do I order a personalized painting?

 1.  Select the subject for your painting.
Is there a certain place or a scenic view that has a special meaning for you, or a loved one?
I would be happy to create a painting from your original photograph.    Digital images can be sent by email, or if you prefer, send your photograph by mail.   All photographs will be scanned, and returned promptly.

Please feel free to contact me.  I have many digital images of northern NH including Pittsburg, NH and the surrounding towns,  places in the White Mountains, Franconia Notch, Dixville Notch, Crawford Notch, and several other areas in southern NH, in Vermont, and in Maine.    I may already have the perfect image to create a special, one of a kind original painting just for you!

 2.  Determine the size and orientation of your painting.

Your painting can range in size from 8 x 10 to 18 x 24, and it can be hung vertically or horizontally. You decide which size and orientation works best for you.   Please note - you will also want to consider the width of the frame when calculating the total dimension of the finished piece.  I would be happy to provide you with a quote based on the size you choose.   My prices generally include a frame credit, which can be applied toward the purchase of a frame.

 3.  Decide on a frame to match your style and decor.

Creating a one of a kind painting provides the opportunity for you to choose the perfect frame to match your own style and decor.   I order my frames online from Graphik Dimensions Ltd.   I've found this to be a convenient way for my collectors to view and purchase frames for their paintings.   Simply visit this URL, to browse the Ready Made Collections, and to choose a style and color that is right for you.

To browse the collections, place your curser over the collection name, and it will open a window displaying a picture of the frames available in each collection. Click the collection name, for additional information, and to view a larger image.

Simply email me the collection name, and the code for the frame you've selected.   Example:   Aristocrats and Rustics, 4RA .   I can then email you a picture of the image, in that style frame, to give you an idea of how it will look.  Please feel free to contact me, if you have any questions, or would like help in selecting a frame.

 4.   Send your payment to secure scheduling for completion of the painting.

Once you've decided on an image, size, and frame, I will send an invoice by email through Paypal, detailing the total amount for the framed painting, including shipping fees.  Shipping fees can be reduced if you'd like to make arrangements to pick up the completed painting in person. Applicable frame credits will be applied at this time.

Your payment of 50% of the total invoice, will secure scheduling of your painting for completion.
I will provide you with an estimated time frame for the completion of your painting.    Please note, the order for scheduling will be determined by the order in which payments are received, and the time required to complete the painting may vary depending on size, and detail.   I will order the frame two weeks prior to its completion, and will email an updated invoice through Paypal with the remaining balance due at that time.

You can either make a payment using the button in the email, or go directly to www.paypal.com.   The secure payment can be processed through a credit card, debit card, or your checking account.  There is no need to have an account with paypal.  Please use my email address:   bkenneyfineart@myfairpoint.net , to process a payment through Paypal.    Payments may also be made by check, or in cash.  Personal checks will require a two week clearance period.

 5.  Make your final payment, and arrange for delivery.

The remaining 50% of the invoice is due prior to shipment or delivery of the completed painting.
Please be sure to email the shipping address that you would like the painting sent to.

Your original painting will arrive complete, and ready for display!

I also provide a Certificate of Authenticity, and keep a registry of owners, for each original painting.   This helps to insure the value of the painting will be maintained, and appreciate in value for future art collections.
Please provide the new owner's name and mailing address, so I can complete the certificate.  The Certificate of Authenticity will be shipped along with the painting.

If you have any concerns or questions, please feel free to send me an email, or give me a call.
